Who will provide my Loan?

When you request a loan quotation from us, we will review this against the hundreds of different loan plans we have available. These loans are made available by various companies, some specialising in particular types of loan. One we have agreed with that you wish to proceed with a particular loan, we will complete all the required paperwork, organise the relevant checks and a valuation of your property if required. We will send you any paperwork that requires your signature and liaise with the lending company until your loan completes. At any stage you can contact us directly with any questions you have. Often the companies who provide the loans do not deal directly with the general public and may not be well known to you. They are often subsidiaries of the main UK banks or international finance companies.
